Our Team

Jackie holds an MSc in Marketing Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute in Marketing. She has 20 years’ marketing experience along with 20  years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing companies, trade associations and 9 years’ professional services experience. Jackie went full-time as a marketing consultant setting up CQ Strategic Marketing in 2012 and has worked with businesses from start up to international groups of companies.

Jackie is a Fellow of the Women’s Engineering Society and has served as a member of their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist Interest Group. She is currently studying towards a Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Certificate from the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR).

She is a STEM Ambassador, work-wise Foundation supporter and has been a member of the Get up to Speed with STEM Committee for 4 years, all involved with helping young people develop careers in engineering and manufacturing. Jackie is also a Mentor with the CIM and Met Marketing mentoring schemes. She is a member of Connect Yorkshire, a networking and personal development group across South and West Yorkshire since 2013.

For 10 years Jackie has been joint Head of the Pride for the Lyons Den, a networking group for senior business leaders in the Sheffield City Region. She was a member of the Women in Business Committee for Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber for 4 years and in 2020 was recognised as an Honouree of the ATHENA International SCR Leadership Award.

Peter has 10 years experience in website design and hosting, SEO, digital animation and gaming co-founding Spotlight Studios in 2011. Spotlight Studios work with SME’s providing websites, domain management and hosting, IT Support and telephony, combining creative ability and technical capabilities to deliver the complete solution.

Peter works closely with The University of Bradford as programme leader for the Film and Visual Effects course in Animation, Games Development and Web Technologies.
