Heather Clarke CEng FIMechE FWES
Heather is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is currently their Vice President. An engineer for over 28 years her experience includes 7 years in the Oil & Gas industry and 20 years in the rail industry, where she held a variety of technical management roles across the UK and Internationally. She has worked on projects such as on mainline and metro which included the introduction of Eurostar, modernisation of London Underground and multi discipline line upgrades. She is passionate about supporting others in their careers through her work as a coach and through the Brightside mentoring programme.
Victoria Clarke-Brown CDir
Victoria is the Chief Financial Officer at Custom Solar Ltd and Chartered Director with over 20 years experience in various global manufacturing organisations, key skills include corporate governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, positive culture development, cost control, cash generation and development a long term strategy.
She is a Member of the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire, Chair of the South Yorkshire Committee of the Institute of Directors, NED for the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and was recently appointed as Independent Chairman of the HLM & LD Employee Ownership Trust.
